New Year’s Eve at Cumulus Inc.

 
 

The city had a remarkable energy on New Year's Eve. With the skies filled with fireworks, the streets buzzing and a general zeal for life in the air, our dining room made for a buoyant backdrop to the end of the year.⁠

To farewell 2025, we hosted a truly celebratory New Year’s Eve dinner upstairs with our Chef’s Selection menu featuring spanner crab, dry-aged duck, and a new-season cherry tart to finish.

Menu


Spanner crab toast, fried bread, espelette pepper

Wagyu bresaola, smoked eel, potato, pickled shallot

Raw tuna, heirloom tomatoes, smoked green chilli

Asparagus salad, buffalo mozzarella, pistachio, pickled lemon

Dry-aged duck breast, roast peach, endive, mustard

or

Roast John Dory, zucchini blossom, sauce bourride

Roast potatoes, confit garlic, fried capers

Farm leaves with sherry vinaigrette

Cherry and almond tart with cherry pit sorbet, Champagne sabayon
