July Harvest Lunch - Day’s Walk Farm Celeriac

 
 

​​​​​​​Every weekday, we offer a set menu that heroes  locally grown produce. It's a two or three-course lunch for you to choose as-you-please, and every day, the main dish will feature our choice ingredient of the month. 

This month, we're turning to Day's Walk Farm celeriac. Earthy and nutty, it will be the centre of every menu, with dishes changing weekly.

Day’s Walk Farm

We’re sourcing July’s Celeriac from Day’s Walk Farm in Keilor Valley. Established in 2015 by former radiographer, Paul Miragliotta, Day’s Walk is a certified organic farm practicing regenerative farming techniques. They supply directly to our restaurant within a day of harvest, meaning their celeriac is extra crisp and nutty as it arrives in our kitchen.
