An Early Spring Dinner with Danielle Alvarez

On Tuesday 16 September, we welcomed chef and friend Danielle Alvarez to our kitchen for an evening to celebrate early spring. Danielle's cooking is deeply inspired by the seasons — her cooking and recipes are delicious, utterly moreish, and we (of course) share in her love for the zing of lemon.

Along with our head chef, Allan, she prepared a four-course dinner showcasing the best of spring produce — yellowfin tuna with bright citrus, a vibrant wild nettle and garlic risotto, grilled duck breast, and of course, a rhubarb and lemon posset brulée.

Thank you, Danielle, for such a memorable and delicious evening!
